We build systems that think, and we keep them running.
Neural Inc is an AI engineering firm. Scroll to follow one signal through a system we'd build for you: from a raw phone call at 2:14 am to a business that runs itself a little better the next morning.
01 — Listen
02:14:07 · inbound call · Hindi, then English
A customer calls at two in the morning. Nobody's awake. The system is.
Every business already produces the raw material: calls, tickets, invoices, sensor readings. Most of it is never listened to. We build the layer that takes it in as it arrives, in whatever shape it arrives.
Speech becomes text in real time. Documents become records. PLC tags become signals with units and limits. Nothing is cleaned by hand, and nothing waits for morning.
02 — Understand
02:14:09 · intent: billing dispute · account matched
In two seconds it knows what she means, and what her account says.
The intelligence layer sits on your own data: ledgers, history, product rules. It classifies the intent, pulls the invoice, finds the duplicate charge, and cites where every fact came from.
We work with whichever model fits: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, or a local model where cloud AI isn't allowed. The model never sees what it shouldn't, and every answer is checked before it acts.
03 — Act
02:14:48 · refund issued · late fee waived · ticket closed
Then it does the work. Not a summary for a human to act on. The work.
The agent resolves the call and books the refund. The ERP posts the credit note and drafts the GST adjustment. On a drilling rig three time zones away, the same kind of system is redrawing an operator's screen from live tags.
People approve what matters. Everything else just happens, with a log of why.
04 — Run
02:15 → 09:00 · 1,212 more signals · 2 alarms · 0 false zeros
And it keeps running, watched by instruments that tell the truth.
This is where most AI projects die: after the demo. Ours are built to be operated. Every system we ship is monitored for drift, logs every write, and shows bad data as bad data. The dial on the right is live, from HMI Forge: thirty seconds of history inside the gauge, alarms in amber, and #### when a device goes silent.
05 — Own
Handover · source, configuration, documentation, runbooks
At the end, it's yours. The code, the models, the keys.
Senior engineers from the first call to the last deploy. A written proposal with scope, measures and cost. Working software early, tested on your real data. Your data stays in your cloud or on your premises, and we don't train on it. If AI isn't the right tool, we say so before you spend anything.
We know this works because we've done it for ourselves. Three products, each born from client work and now run as its own venture, with Neural Inc as the engineering behind them.
- DivanjeeAI-based ERP · live
Sales, purchases, inventory, finance, GST and payroll in one system, with an assistant that answers from your own ledgers and acts on them.
divanjee.in - HMI ForgeIndustrial AI · live
Operator screens built from PLC tag data, validated, and exported to Ignition, FUXA, Node-RED or a standalone web HMI.
forge.neuralinc.ai - BuddyIndiaAI for real estate · in development
Matching, pricing signals and follow-ups for real estate teams, built on what we learned shipping the other two.
